Tax Form

I use CoinTracker for some of my crypto currencies. CoinTracker will receive a csv with the headings:
Date, Received Quantity, Received Currency, Sent Quantity, Sent Currency, Fee Amount, Fee Currency, Tag
A few examples are:
6/14/2017 20:57, 0.5, BTC, 4005.8, USD, 0.00001, BTC,
8/19/2017 10:05, 0.3, BTC, 3, ETH, , ,
8/21/2017 12:00, , , 3, ETH, 0.0001, ETH, gift
8/30/2017 12:01, 3, ETH, , , , , mined
Does Theta have a quick method to provide all my data from 12/2020? Otherwise, I have to download a week at a time and then convert the Explorer Transactions to the values recognizable by CoinTracker.
